Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WearWhat (穿什么) app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
The App provides AI-generated virtual try-on images and a digital wardrobe to help you visualize outfits. Try-on results are computer-generated approximations and may not accurately represent fit, color, or appearance. They are for personal, illustrative purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
3. Your account
You sign in using an email/password account or a supported third-party provider (Google or Apple). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and images you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you (including sending images to our AI processing providers to generate try-on results). You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe others' rights. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consenting individuals.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its rate limits.
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
6. Subscriptions and billing
The App offers an optional paid subscription, "WearWhat Plus", available as monthly or annual plans, and may include a free trial. Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, subject to their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or Apple account settings. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content other than the limited right to use the App.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that try-on results will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
